Topdek is an LPCB Approved Insulated Membrane Roofdeck System designed specifically for low pitch and flat roof building applications. The product comprises a high performance PVC single ply outer membrane combined with a rigid urethane fire rated core and a trapezoidal steel liner panel. Topdek offers guaranteed thermal insulation and low air leakage compliant with Part L2 and Part J Building Regulation requirements.
Topdek offers the convenience of a composite panel with the flexibility and performance of single ply membrane systems.
