The culture at Advanced Roofing Ltd is ‘Our people are our greatest Asset’. Each team member has an important role to play in the future of our company and therefore each person has an individual learning plan which is reviewed annually and which in turn becomes part of the company Training and Development plan. Every team member’s plan then relates to part of the company vision, which encompasses the culture which we encourage within our company.
 At all times we work closely with the Construction skills and other local workforce development agencies. This has caused ‘Advanced’ to be recognised as a company who pride themselves as being leading exponents of the ‘Growing People’ ethos and our clients are recognising the benefits it brings to them.
